Golf in Limerick launches new golf holiday experience ahead of the 2027 Ryder Cup
New initiative invites golfers to discover Limerick's championship courses, authentic hospitality and unforgettable golf breaks.
Golf in Limerick, an initiative of Limerick Travel, has launched a new golf holiday programme designed to showcase Limerick as one of Ireland's premier golfing destinations ahead of the 2027 Ryder Cup at Adare Manor. Bringing together five of the region's finest golf clubs:- Adare Manor Golf Club (Old Course), Ballyneety Golf Club, Castletroy Golf Club, Limerick Golf Club and Newcastle West Golf Club, the initiative offers golfers the opportunity to experience exceptional parkland golf while exploring one of Ireland's most welcoming and scenic regions. Located within easy reach of Adare Manor, host venue for the 2027 Ryder Cup, these outstanding courses combine championship-quality golf with genuine Irish hospitality, making Limerick an ideal destination for golfing getaways, short breaks and extended holidays.

The initiative also supports Limerick City and County Council's latest golf tourism marketing campaign, helping to showcase the county's world-class golfing experiences while creating a lasting tourism legacy beyond the Ryder Cup. Golf holiday packages can include one to five rounds of golf, accommodation and transport options, with flexible itineraries to suit groups and golf societies. Visitors can choose from a range of accommodation and experiences, allowing them to combine great golf with Limerick's renowned food, culture, heritage and vibrant hospitality.
Golf in Limerick packages are available to book directly through the Golf in Limerick website and will also be promoted through leading digital travel and golf booking platforms, making it easy for golfers from Ireland and overseas to plan their next golfing escape.
